Returns and exchanges
Because our print products are custom orders we do not offer refunds or exchanges except on damaged or lost orders.
We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in anyway arrives damaged, please let us know straight away so we can help you solve the problem.
We always offer to send out replacements for damaged or lost items.
Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information about the claim to email@example.com.
Remember to also state you order number in the e-mail.
Normally we will respond within 24 hours on working days.
We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.
We send all our products as trackable packages. We kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to your carrier.
